Optimized Shipping Information

At EXPOCHESS, we ensure that your order is shipped promptly and securely with Seur, one of the leading courier services. Orders are delivered from Monday to Friday during the day, up to 7:30 pm. Please note that it's not possible to schedule a specific delivery time. Seur manages delivery times within the working day framework according to their delivery routes.

Weekend Delivery

For those who need their orders delivered on a Saturday, we offer a special service subject to an additional shipping fee based on the weight and volume of the order. Alternatively, for urgent needs, we can arrange delivery on a freight collect basis.

Pickup Points

We also provide the option to have your order shipped to Seur's local office in provincial capitals, where you can pick up your package at your convenience from early in the morning. This service is particularly useful if you're not available to receive the package at home or if you need it urgently and can't wait for the standard delivery schedule.

Shipping to Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands

Please note that we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla. However, if you are from these regions, you can arrange for a transportation agency to collect your order from our headquarters in Jaén. Orders collected in this way will be exempt from VAT, provided the fiscal details of the company are registered in these destinations. If you're planning to use a transportation agency, please contact us to find out about the weight, volume, and number of packages, which will depend on the type of product you purchase.
